In July 2008, The CaPTA Group in partnership with Career Training Institute of Australia (CTIA) launched Careers Training Centre (CTC) in Cairns.
CTC enables individuals and businesses alike to increase skills and broaden employment opportunities through education and training in Far North Queensland.
The strategic alliance with CTIA allows Careers Training Centre to develop and deliver tailor-made, flexible, reliable courses to individuals and companies in the region to meet the needs of employer’s, industry and potential staff.
All training is personalised to the individual needs prior to a training commencement, to allow the achievement of specific individual goals and needs. Training is designed and delivered using highly interactive principals, skills and techniques to maximise the training outcome.
Careers Training Centre in Cairns aims to bring businesses a diverse range of employees and ensure they continue to grow and perform at the peak of the industry well into the future.
